ATEX / IECEx · CRITICAL COOLING
Cooling systems for pressurized containers and hazardous areas.
Custom refrigeration for electrical containers, inverter rooms and remote technical shelters operating continuously under severe ambient conditions.
Open Project CheckEngineered around the enclosure
Sensible heat load, solar exposure, enclosure volume, ventilation, available power and target temperature are reviewed before equipment selection. The system is built for the real operating envelope rather than adapted from a standard comfort unit.
- Electrical and inverter containers
- Pressurized technical rooms
- Remote Oil & Gas shelters
Continuous-duty architecture
Multiple compressors, inverter control and duty/standby logic provide capacity modulation and service continuity. Essential safety functions can remain electromechanical while electronic controls handle rotation, monitoring and history.
- N+1 redundancy on request
- Alarm and operating history
- Interface with pressurization and supervision systems
Traceable hazardous-area pathway
Area classification, electrical equipment, ventilation and pressurization are coordinated with the customer and the appointed conformity body. Every custom supply follows its own documentation and certification path; conformity is never treated as automatic.
- ATEX components selected for the classified zone
- Technical file and component traceability
- Factory test and project documentation
Verified under real conditions
A recent 12-metre technical-container system used two scroll compressors, dedicated ventilation and integrated controls. Factory testing measured approximately 22 kW of cooling capacity.
